BioBridge® was founded in 1989 in Cambridge UK by Meredith Lloyd-Evans, Managing Director, and our current members of staff are Sue Addison, PA and Project Support, and Caroline Lloyd-Evans, HR and Training Director & Company Secretary.
Meredith is a veterinary surgeon who has worked in practice and in the pharmaceutical industry. Invaluable experience as an IP portfolio manager for British Technology Group and a brief period as a strategic consultant for PA Technology led him to establish BioBridge, with a scope that includes many sectors of applied biosciences – human health, food, agriculture, industrial biotechnology, marine biotechnology and animal health & production. Meredith has represented UK frequently in missions and conference panels in USA, Europe, South America, Korea and Japan, in areas including health technologies, industrial biotechnology, agricultural biotechnology and bioclusters. Throughout the past 30 years, he has written and published numerous articles and industry reports and has planned, chaired or presented at a wide range of events.
